PLAYGARAJ v4.1.0 - REAL TRADE REVIEWS, SHOWCASES & YOUR FOLLOWING FEED

Hello PlayGaraj community! ✌️

v4.1.0 is all about the people you trade with. Ratings now come from real, confirmed trades with tags, notes and a brand-new Reviews screen. Two new post types arrive: Showcase for the cars you're proud of but aren't selling, and Announcement for your garage's news. Home gets a Following tab, listings get more colors and stock, and your profile can now show when you're usually available.

Here is everything that changed in v4.1.0:

⭐ REVIEWS THAT COME FROM REAL TRADES

  1. Complete a Trade, Then Review
    • The old "Rate" option and its 5-minute countdown are gone. Ratings now belong to a trade that both sides confirm.
    • Finished a deal? Open the chat menu and tap Complete trade. The other side is asked to confirm, and a strip at the top of the chat shows the request so either of you can confirm, decline or withdraw it.
    • Unanswered requests expire after 72 hours. Once a trade is confirmed, each side has 14 days to leave a review.
  2. More Than Stars
    • Give 1 to 5 stars, pick what stood out — Fast replies, Trustworthy, As described, Polite, Smooth trade, Fair price — and add an optional note.
    • Reviews are public on the member's profile. Notes can't contain links or contact details.
  3. A New Reviews Screen
    • Tap the rank on any profile to see the average rating, the star breakdown, the most mentioned tags and every review, filtered by as seller or as buyer.
    • Spot a review that breaks the rules? Report it right from the list.
  4. Fairer Ratings & Ranks
    • Every person counts once toward your average. If they review you again after another trade, their newest review replaces the old one.
    • Ranks now also look at how many different people have reviewed you, not only at how many trades you've completed.
    • Your existing ratings have been carried over and are marked "Earlier system".

🖼️ NEW POST TYPES: SHOWCASE & ANNOUNCEMENT

  1. Showcase — Show Off, Don't Sell
    • Post a car you're proud of without putting it up for sale. A showcase has no price or stock, and its card says "On display".
    • When you renew a showcase, it keeps its views. Showcases can join events too.
    • Members can still message you about the car, but a showcase can't include a sale or trade offer, and it doesn't appear in Weekly Popular.
  2. Announcement — Share Your Garage's News
    • Hit 50 followers? Reached a new rank? Want to say thanks? Post an announcement with a title, a few lines and up to 3 optional images.
    • You can post 1 announcement a week, or 2 a week with PRO.
    • Each announcement is checked before it goes live. Once approved, it appears in the feed with its own card and your followers get a notification. It stays up for 7 days.
    • If an announcement isn't approved, you get that week's announcement back.
  3. Giveaways Are Coming
    • A Giveaway option now waits in the listing types as a sneak peek. We're working on it!
  4. Tidier Listing Types
    • Listing types now appear in the same order everywhere — when posting, editing and filtering: Sale, Trade, Wanted, Free, Showcase, Auction.
    • Filters now include Showcase and Announcement.

👥 YOUR FOLLOWING FEED

  1. A New "Following" Tab on Home
    • Home now has two tabs: All listings and Following. The Following tab shows the newest listings from the garages you follow on your selected server, all in one place.
  2. Garages You Might Follow
    • Not following anyone yet? The tab suggests a mixed list of garages: new ones, featured garages, this week's popular garages and owners of popular listings. Each suggestion tells you why it's there.
  3. Follower Notifications, Under Control
    • Followers are now notified about at most 2 listings from you in 24 hours, so following a garage never turns into spam.
    • You choose which listings they hear about with the new Notify my followers switch on the last step of posting. Announcements don't count toward this limit.

🎨 MORE COLORS & STOCK

  1. 22 Colors, Up to 3 Per Listing
    • The color palette has doubled to 22 colors, including Anthracite, Burgundy, Navy, Gold, Turquoise, Bronze and more.
    • Pick up to 3 colors per listing; the first one you pick is the main color. The listing page shows them as color dots.
  2. Stock for Sale, Trade & Free Listings
    • Let buyers know how many you have: enter a quantity, choose Unlimited or leave it unspecified.
    • You stay in charge of your stock. Nothing changes it automatically, so just edit the listing whenever your stock changes.
    • Stock is shown first in the listing details, where buyers look.

🕒 SHOW WHEN YOU'RE USUALLY AVAILABLE

  • Availability on Your Profile: In Edit Profile, choose the days and hours you're usually around. Late-night hours that cross midnight work too.
  • Converted for Every Viewer: Your profile shows "Usually available" with your hours. Members in a different time zone also see them in their own time, plus when you're available next.
  • A Heads-Up in Chat: If the person you're messaging is offline and outside their hours, a small note lets you know your message may wait a bit.

🐞 BUG FIXES

  • Marking a Listing as Sold: If the video before "Mark as sold" couldn't load, the listing used to stay active. It is now marked as sold either way.
  • Rating in Chat: The old "Rate" option could fail with an error. Ratings now go through the new trade reviews.

🛠️ POLISH & IMPROVEMENTS

  • Garages of the Day: The section now loads faster, and a garage you just featured shows up right away.
  • Full Localization: Everything new in this release is available in all supported app languages (TR, EN, DE, ES, FR, PT, RU, AZ).
